Potato Salad with Iberico Ham and Walnuts

Ingredients

Dijon mustard1 tsp

Method

Boil ratte potato until cooked. Peel off the skin and cut into dice.

Marinate diced potatoes with chopped shallots, diced iberico ham, mustard, mayonnaise & chives.

Season to taste and garnish with roasted walnuts.

Arrangement: Lay potato salad into the chocolate shell and garnish with walnuts and cresses.
